韓稱朝鮮扣留其漁船
韓國海洋警察廳8日表示，這艘名為“55大勝”號的韓國漁船在朝鮮東部海域失去聯繫，船上有3名中國人和4名韓國人。韓方稍後聲明稱，漁船被朝鮮方面扣留。
有媒體稱，當時這艘船可能在朝鮮專屬經濟區附近海域作業。韓方希望朝方能按照國際慣例處理此事，並盡快遣返漁船和船員。
韓國聯合新聞社引述韓國海洋警察廳人士的話說，“船員正在接受朝方調查”。一名韓國官員透露，韓國有關部門8日下午透過衛星電話和船員進行了很簡短的交談，船員對該船前往朝鮮港口一事做出了肯定的回答。
韓方稱，該船於7日下午向浦項漁業部門通知位置之後，未再進行聯繫。根據規定，該船需要在8日上午再向有關部門通知新的位置。
另據韓國YTN電視台的最新消息，“55大勝”號於8日上午發消息稱，該船正在駛往朝鮮金策。金策位於朝鮮咸鏡北道的最南端。
據悉，這艘漁船是8月1日從韓國浦項出海捕撈魷魚的，按計畫應於9月10日返回。
