多國政壇出現裙帶風
隨著美國11月中期選舉的逼近，美國前總統喬治‧布希的侄子、前得克薩斯州州長傑布‧布希的長子喬治‧普萊斯考特‧布希很快進入人們的視線。政治分析家認為，這個布希家族的第三代成員在不久後將有可能成為共和黨中強有力的人物。一些人因此驚呼︰美國正在陷入“王朝政治”。其實，在英國、法蘭西、日本甚至菲律賓等國，政權越來越集中在少數“政治精英”手中，一股“裙帶風”正在猛刮。
美國的家族政治勢力相當龐大，統計顯示，目前有17%以上的國會議員來自議員世家。美國有700多個家族至少向國會輸送了兩名家族成員︰亞當斯、漢米敦、塔夫脫、哈裡森、羅斯福、甘迺迪、洛克菲勒，這些姓氏伴隨著美國200年歷史。
在美國，布希家族是有名的權貴世家。被稱為“小小布希”的普萊斯考特從4歲起就一直身處祖輩和父輩政治競選的環境中，人們將他視作布希家族的“政治傳人”，並將他與約翰‧甘迺迪之子小甘迺迪相提並論。而他本人也曾野心勃勃地宣稱︰有一天他也要像祖父、父親和伯父那樣走上美國政壇。
